Getting Started with Snow Paws Tech
1. The Initial "Sniff-Test" (Consultation)
Every relationship starts with a conversation. We’ll meet (in person or via video) to discuss exactly what you need.
For Tech: We identify your "pain points"—slow Wi-Fi, messy cables, or security concerns.
For Condo Watch: We do a walkthrough of your space, locate your shut-off valves, and identify areas that need a watchful eye while you're away.
2. The Custom Service Plan
No two "dens" are the same. Based on our meeting, I’ll provide a clear, flat-rate quote.
Tech Support: Choose between a one-time fix or an ongoing "Tech Guardian" maintenance plan.
Condo Watch: We set a schedule for visits (weekly or bi-weekly) and determine your specific check-list (mail, plants, appliances, or sensor monitoring).
3. Vigilant Care & Reporting
Once we’re active, you can relax.
Real-Time Updates: After every condo visit, you receive a digital "Paws-on-the-Ground" report via email, including photos and a status check of your home.
Remote or On-Site IT: Most tech issues can be solved remotely, but if a physical "paw" is needed, I’ll be at your door to get things back on track.
